Who We Are

Portfolio Managers:

Each complex will have 2 dedicated staff members assigned to them, a Portfolio Manager and a Property Assistant who will assist owners with queries related to their complex. We find that if owners have one or two dedicated contact people, it creates a more personal service. Relationships are built between the Owners and Managing Agents.

Besides our exceptional in-house knowledge of The Sectional Titles Act, the property attorneys whose services we utilise are always available with professional advice.
